If you receive a defective or damaged physical product, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please provide your order details and a description of the issue. -
Digital Products & Services (Not Accessed):
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the digital product or service has not been accessed or downloaded. -
Events & Workshops:
Refunds for event registrations, workshops, classes, or other paid experiences are available within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
After this period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered for event credits or rescheduling opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
