MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

Membership fees already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

TRAVEL & RETREAT DISCLAIMER

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Refunds or exchanges may be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery for damaged or defective items.
Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final once materials have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
If no access or download has occurred, refund requests may be considered within seven (7) days of purchase.
COACHING SERVICES
Unless otherwise stated in a signed coaching agreement:
• Coaching fees are non-refundable once services begin.
• Missed sessions may be subject to forfeiture.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
Refund eligibility may vary by event.
Specific refund policies will be communicated at registration.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Solo $isters Unfinished LLC values privacy and confidentiality.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with respect and discretion.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in:
• Group coaching programs

• You release Solo $isters Unfinished LLC from liability arising from participation.
• You may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
FORCE MAJEURE
Solo $isters Unfinished LLC shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather
• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Power outages
• Internet failures
• Labor disputes
• Emergencies
TERMINATION
