Cancellation Policy

Empowerment Coaching Sessions are designed to support personal and professional growth by providing tools, encouragement, and accountability. Sessions are client-centered and goal-driven, empowering individuals to take action and create lasting change. Session Length: Each session lasts approximately [60 minutes] unless otherwise agreed. Frequency: Sessions may occur weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on the selected coaching package. Delivery Method: Sessions are conducted via Zoom or in person (as available and agreed upon). Preparation: Clients are encouraged to arrive prepared with goals, questions, or updates on progress. Registration & Access Advance Registration: All sessions require advance registration through our official platform or event link. Required Information: Each participant must provide their full name and email address to receive session access. Zoom Access: Zoom details (link, meeting ID, and passcode) will be sent via email after registration is confirmed. Non-Transferable: Your booking is specific to you and may not be shared or transferred to another individual. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations Scheduling: Clients must book sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling/Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Contact for Changes: Email whitneyj@solosistersunfinished.com or call/text 678-964-9358 to cancel or reschedule. Late Arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if started late. No-Shows: Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited and not rescheduled or refunded. Payment & Refunds Payment: All sessions must be paid in full prior to the session. Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the program timeframe but are not transferrable. Installments: For multi-session packages, payment plans may be available upon request. Confidentiality All coaching conversations are strictly confidential. Your personal information and session content will not be shared without your written consent, except as required by law. Client Commitment Clients are expected to: Be open to growth and feedback.
