Cancellation Policy

Effective: May 7, 2025 We’re excited to welcome you to a transformational Solo $isters Unfinished retreat. To ensure a seamless and respectful experience for everyone, please review the following booking policy before securing your spot. Full registration is required to reserve your space. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is due at booking to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due by "" We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and payment plans if applicable. Cancellation & Refund Policy Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel: 30+ days before the retreat: You may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued due to advance costs and planning. You may request a transfer of your spot to another eligible participant with written notice. Retreat Inclusions Your retreat fee includes: Lodging for 2 nights All scheduled workshops, sessions, and materials Daily meals and refreshments (unless otherwise stated) Special gifts or wellness experiences (if applicable) *Transportation to/from the retreat location is not included unless otherwise noted.* Code of Conduct Participants are expected to: Show respect and kindness to all attendees and facilitators. Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared during the retreat. Participate fully while honoring their own emotional and physical boundaries. Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, or any actions that interfere with others’ experience. Health & Safety By registering, you acknowledge that you are physically and emotionally able to participate in retreat activities. If you have any health conditions or special needs, please inform us prior to the retreat. Solo $isters Unfinished is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or lost/stolen property during the event. Media Release Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for future promotional use. If you wish not to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before the event. Agreement By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms of this booking policy. We can’t wait to share this powerful experience with you.
